Our Team

Perry originally founded Crescent in 2000 as Southeast Restaurant Contractors, Inc. Prior to founding Crescent, he oversaw a territory as a Facility Manager for a national restaurant chain that encompassed over 125 locations. During his time there, he built great relationships across the industry, and really recognized the need for contractors that were professional and willing to work around the hours of the restaurants. Before becoming a Facility Manager, Perry learned the logistics of streamlining construction in his time as a Plant Manager for the largest mobile home manufacturing company in the country, constructing approximately 20 homes per day. Perry earned his Bachelors degree from Springhill College where he attended college on an Army ROTC scholarship. After graduation, he served in Operation Desert Storm and continued to serve until he made the decision to leave the Army at the rank of Captain. Outside of work, Perry enjoys any time spent on or near the water fishing, at the beach, or boat riding. He is an avid griller and some say his BBQ ribs are the best on this side of the Mississippi river.

Stephen came to join Perry in 2018 as a Partner focused on reorganizing the business to better serve its existing clients, and to build a framework for growth. Prior to joining Crescent, he spent 4 years as a Real Estate and Development Manager for The Hutton Company, a national retail development firm based in Chattanooga. During his time there, he was an integral part of a small team responsible for the ground-up development of over 43 grocery-anchored shopping centers. Before entering the Real Estate Development world, Stephen worked as a Project Engineer for Yates Construction. Notable projects during his time at Yates include the Student Recreation Center at Auburn University and the Homewood Suites on Savannah, Georgia’s historic River Street. Stephen graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. Outside of Crescent, Stephen works on small infill development projects in his hometown of Mobile, AL. In his free time, he enjoys Auburn football, cooking and travelling with his wife, Katie.

Evan joined Crescent in 2018 as a Project Manager responsible for overseeing retail and restaurant buildout projects. His dedication to Crescent’s success has made him an invaluable part of the team. As the VP of Operations, Evan oversees the day-to-day operations of our Facility Maintenance crews including estimating, scheduling, client documentation, and more. Prior to joining Crescent, he served as a Project Engineer for McCarthy Construction where he worked on a range of scopes from solar field construction to hospital buildouts in Downtown Atlanta. Outside of work, Evan enjoys home improvement projects, cooking, and spending time on the water with his wife, Amanda and their dog, Hallie.

Bobby joined Crescent in 2020 as a Director of Business Development bringing a valuable variety of experience to the team. Today, he works to foster existing client relationships, build new, and manage some of Crescent’s most complex projects. Prior to joining Crescent, Bobby worked as a Project Manager for Belfor Restoration where he would develop scopes of work, estimate, and manage disaster recovery projects. Before Belfor, Bobby worked as a Commercial Account Executive for Sherwin Williams where he learned the ropes of different coatings and applications all while building a great network of vendors. In his free time, Bobby enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristin, and their three children Bo, Lucy, and Callie. Also an avid griller, Bobby “brings the heat” on a good ribeye.
